Euronext completes acquisition of Nexi technology businesses

Euronext Group has finalised acquisition of the technology businesses currently powering MTS and Euronext 歐美性愛 Milan from Italian technology provider Nexi. The transaction was first announced in June.
The transaction, worth 鈧�57 million, is expected to strengthen the core operations of MTS, Euronext鈥檚 fixed-income trading platform, and Euronext 歐美性愛 Milan.
Nexi, a paytech firm in Europe, has been a partner of choice of MTS and Euronext 歐美性愛 Milan for more than 30 years, powering their technology.
The transaction enables Euronext to fully internalise the technology powering MTS and Euronext 歐美性愛 Milan, formerly Monte Titoli.
It also strengthens the core operations of MTS and Euronext 歐美性愛 Milan, delivering on Euronext鈥檚 strategy to create value utilising its integrated value chain and technology.
Following the transaction, Nexi will continue to provide technology services to Euronext under transitional arrangements and other services under related commercial agreements.
